China's coal resources are abundant and mainly distributed in the northwest region.Coal consumption is mainly concentrated in the east and south.This makes coal often need to be transported for a long time and long distance.Therefore,the development process of the coal logistics industry will surely become a steadily promoting coal industry.Important support.With the increasing pace of the country's opening up,especially the implementation of the “Belt and Road” development strategy,it has provided the coal logistics industry with broad development prospects and unprecedented challenges.Through a series of rectifications and optimizations,my country's coal logistics channel has basically been formed.At present,the location,optimization and construction of coal logistics nodes have become the biggest shortcomings in the process of coal logistics network layout.The pattern of domestic coal production and development is accelerating its migration to the west.The pattern of transferring coal from west to east and transporting coal from north to south is becoming more and more prominent.In order to explore the location of logistics facilities for coal logistics enterprises,this article is based on Zibo Mining Group(hereinafter referred to as ZK Group)to carry out research.ZK Group is a large-scale modern coal enterprise with coal-based crossregional and cross-ownership.It has many years of coal mining history and also has natural development advantages in coal logistics.How to use policy advantages such as coal,logistics,and bulk product transportation to speed up the layout and construction of the logistics nodes in the group's coal logistics network is of great significance to the growth of the ZK Group and even the national coal logistics industry.This article takes the location of coal logistics facilities as the main topic,and focuses on the overall ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems.It mainly includes the following parts:(1)The background and significance of the topic selection for researching the location of the ZK Group Coal Logistics Center are proposed,and a summary of coal logistics,logistics facility location,related research methods and solution models are reviewed.And briefly introduced the relevant situation of coal logistics,proposed the vulnerability characteristics of coal logistics,and introduced the logistics center location theory and multi-objective planning theory.(2)Starting from the actual construction of the coal logistics network of ZK Group,analyze the external policy environment,coal industry development environment and coal logistics development situation of ZK Group,combined with the internal coal trade and logistics development of the group,the distribution of coal and mineral resources and the upstream and downstream customer resources Distribution and other conditions summarize the actual construction environment of the group's coal logistics center site selection,and use this overview to study the basic situation of the ZK Group's coal logistics center site selection.(3)Combined with the basic situation of ZK Group's logistics center site selection,use AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the range of candidate points for coal logistics center;then build a multi-objective planning model with the smallest total cost,the lowest customer cost and the highest timeliness,Using the traditional genetic algorithm,the final site selection result of the ZK Group's construction of a coal logistics center in Shandong Province was obtained,and suggestions and countermeasures for future development of coal logistics were proposed based on the existing problems of the group,laying the foundation for the group's subsequent coal logistics node construction and even logistics network.Provide reference basis.There are 19 figures,25 tables,and 70 references.
