In the process of steelmaking,crane plays a decisive role as the main carrier of logistics,and its position change and weight change are closely related to the technological process in the production process.This topic is based on the Chengde iron and Steel Group Co.Ltd.for the study,in order to realize the automatic transmission factory production logistics information in steel,meet the crane location and automatic tracking of steelmaking plant weighing information,the design and implementation of intelligent positioning and electronic weighing crane.The contributions of this study can be summarized as follows:1.Based on the research of positioning technology at home and abroad and the requirements of field working conditions,the application of rotary encoder,coded cable,bar code positioning technology,laser positioning technology and RFID positioning technology which are applying in crane positioning were compared and analyzed.And then RFID positioning technology was selected as the location of the large and small cars of the crane.Finally,the overall structure of the crane positioning system was designed.2.In the course of research,the whole scheme of intelligent instrument circuit was designed which can achieve functions of data acquisition,processing,transmission and display;and other circuits include the main control MCU circuit,the power supply circuit,the keyboard circuit,the display circuit,the communication circuit,the input and output of the switch quantity,and so on were designed;and finally the works of the PCB board making and the hardware debugging were finished.3.The key press button,display,multilevel menu and data-processing program is compiled and debugged completely.4.The electronic weighing module is designed.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive scheme,the resistance strain force sensor is used,and the A/D processing module and intelligent instrument are selected to realize the real-time display,moreover long-distance transmission of weighing and crane location information.Both the experiment and field test results show the system has strong stability and reliability,the positioning accuracy can reach to 10 cm,and the weighing accuracy can reach to1/1000.It can meet well with the requirements of the crane for positioning and weighing.
