Study On Quality Management Of A Petroleum Drilling Engineering Project

As one of the core businesses,the successful implementation of oil drilling engineering with high standards and high quality will have the most direct impact on the economic and social benefits of oil enterprises.The practice and theoretical research on the quality management of oil drilling engineering project have been advancing on the exploration road.However,as a systematic project,there are many factors affecting the quality management of oil drilling engineering.I hope to further improve the quality management of oil drilling engineering on this basis.At present,China has not formed a complete evaluation method for the quality management of oil drilling engineering projects,and there is relatively little theoretical research on such problems.Therefore,the research on the comprehensive evaluation of the quality management of oil drilling engineering projects is very important.How to make a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation of the quality of such engineering projects is an important content of this thesis.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis studies the quality management of a petroleum drilling project and establishes a scientific quality management system,which can be used for the quality management of similar projects.The specific research process is the combination of theoretical research and practical research.The theoretical research includes quality management,oil drilling project management,quality management evaluation system and so on.On the basis of certain theoretical research,practical research is carried out around the quality management of a petroleum drilling project.Starting from the reality of a petroleum drilling project,the research analyzes its management status and existing problems from the five aspects of human,material,machine,method and environment,and then uses PDCA cycle to improve the quality management effect of a petroleum drilling project.Through research and practice,the quality of a petroleum drilling project is significantly improved.By using Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this thesis comprehensively evaluates the quality management problems in the process of China's petroleum drilling engineering projects,which is very effective.Taking into account the scientificity and operability,this thesis establishes a practical petroleum drilling engineering quality evaluation system,and also gives the corresponding design theoretical basis in the design theory for such drilling engineering in the market economic environment with intensified international competition,This has further enhanced the comprehensive competitiveness of Sinopec drilling engineering projects in the global market.
