Rotary table is an important part of most mechanical equipment.It is widely used in aerospace,artificial intelligence,testing and measurement,agricultural production and other fields.The eccentricity error in the installation of rotary table components is an important error source affecting the working accuracy.In order to improve the error measurement efficiency,reduce the error measurement cost and provide a favorable basis for the eccentric error adjustment of rotary table components,the research on a high-efficiency and low-cost rotary table eccentric error measurement method is of great significance and practical application value.This paper adopts photoelectric detection technology,the turntable eccentricity error measurement method and turntable eccentricity error measurement system are designed in this paper.With modeling and analyzing the rotary table rotation process,the mathematical models of eccentric value error and eccentric angle error and the modulation signal period generated by the rotary table rotation process are established,and the periodic model parameters of the modulation signal are determined,such as rotary table speed,distance between photoelectric sensor and rotary table center,number of rotary table teeth,eccentric value and eccentric angle of rotary table installation.The measurement method of the turntable eccentricity error based on modulation periodic variation and the two measurement methods of the eccentric angle error of the turntable with the single cycle and the cumulative half cycle are designed.Through simulation experimental research,the influences of the above parameters on the measurement accuracy of rotary table eccentric value error and eccentric angle error are analyzed,and the feasibility of methods are verified.Based on the methods and combining with actual needs,the technical indexes of the rotary table eccentricity error measurement system are clarified,and the design of the experimental system is completed.After building the turntable eccentricity error measurement system,the comparative verification experiment between the photoelectric detection turntable eccentricity error measurement method and the microscopic image processing turntable eccentricity error measurement method is designed to verify the correctness and feasibility of the method.The comparison results show that the average difference between the eccentricity measurement results of photoelectric detection method and microscopic image processing method is 5?m;The average angle difference between single cycle method and microscopic image processing method is 1.55°;The average angle difference between the half cycle value accumulation method and the microscopic image processing method is 0.91°.The photoelectric detection half cycle value accumulation method has higher accuracy in measuring the eccentric angle error.The measurement results meet the accuracy requirements.
