With the development of economy and society,mining has gradually entered high quality and output developing mode.In that,a good equipment production management system can greatly improve the work efficiency.One side,the proper management of equipment production can improve the utilization rate of equipment,reduce the non-operating time of machinery and equipment in production work,improving production efficiency.Other,it can help the staff to grasp the important information of the underground mining equipment in real time,such as the geographical location,operation condition and working state,to reduce the number of downhole operators and further improve the level of automation.Based on the research of industrial production equipment efficiency,this thesis analyzes the production efficiency of underground loading equipment in Anhui L Iron Mine,putting the efficiency promotion strategy.Firstly,the problems existing in management of underground equipment in L iron Mine of Anhui province at present,such as cumbersome management work,low automation level,imperfect weighing system leading to blockage of ore pass,etc.Secondly,based on OEE and location service technology,the influencing factors and measurement methods of production efficiency of underground mining and assembly equipment were proposed,and the measurement model of using efficiency and operation efficiency model were constructed.Finally,comparing the scoop volume ratio and vehicle-shovel ratio in mine,the models of the matching degree of mining and loading volume efficiency and the matching degree of shovel-loading vehicles were put forward to optimize the production configuration of underground mining and loading equipment.Moreover,combined with the models,the work efficiency control system of underground mining and loading equipment was designed.The high-efficiency control and coordination system and the intelligent physical equipment system were discussed,the automatic data acquisition and processing flow of the system was introduced,and the work flow chart was drawn which was safe and convenient.The research results of this thesis have important practical significance for Anhui L Iron Mine to improve the mine economic benefit,reduce the complicated management process and realize the modernization level.At the same time,it can also be used as a reference for other mine equipment management to achieve safe,efficient,automatic and intelligent level.
