Research On Data Representation And Management For Gear Hob Manufacturing

Based on China manufacturing 2025 plan,the traditional manufacturing industry is transforming to digitalization and intelligence,and the gear hob production industry is also in this list.At present,the problem of inconsistent data items and their organization structure in gear hob manufacturing is common,which causes barriers to information sharing and interaction among various production links and production equipment of gear hobs.This status quo affects the production efficiency of enterprises and the response speed to customers,and also seriously affects the transformation process of related enterprises.To solve this problem,this paper starts from data expression,combs the data items in the ordering,design,manufacturing and testing of gear hobs,develops a data organization structure to serve the manufacturing of gear hobs,and develops a data management system accordingly.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,information related to gear hob manufacturing was collected.The general framework of gear hob data expression was determined by analyzing the gear hob production process.The data items of each manufacturing process of gear hob are analyzed in terms of ordering,designing,manufacturing and testing of gear hobs.The data items are summarized according to the characteristics and roles of each process,and the data expression organization structure of each process under the data expression framework of gear hobs is studied and described in XML language.Secondly,according to the data expression organization structure of the gear hob,combined with the database design method.The gear hob database is established by using the SQLServer2012 database tool.On the basis of demand analysis,the gear hob data management software is designed by using the Vasual Studio2019 in C # language.It realizes the function of reading the data from the external document of the gear hob data expressed by XML and storing it in the database,and then adding,deleting,querying and modifying the stored data.It also has the function of selecting the specific gear hob data in the production and outputing the external document function of the gear hob data expressed by XML.
