The production process of coating inkjet digital printing textiles includes spinning,sizing,weaving,desizing,pre-treatment and printing,finishing etc.The processes are complex and the overall process is long.Among them,the warp sizing and the anionic(paste)treatment reagent used in the pretreatment of paint inkjet digital printing have certain similarities in their principles of action.Based on this,this paper develops an integrated sizing pretreatment process of linen digital printing fabric,which can not only meet the needs of warp sizing and printing pretreatment,but also shorten the process flow and save raw materials,which is in line with the trend of green ecological textile processing.This paper will explore the effect of YL-850 A size,a new emulsified paraffin derivative,on the sizing performance of pure linen yarn and the ink-jet printing performance of linen fabric.The research contents are as follows:In the first part,the effects of different formulations of YL-850 A size on the sizing performance of pure linen yarn are studied.YL-850 A size with different concentrations is configured.By testing the size p H,viscosity,adhesion,yarn moisture regain,sizing rate,breaking strength and hairiness index after sizing,and comparing with the original yarn and traditional modified size,the best YL-850 A size ratio and sizing process are obtained,On this basis,the digital printing pretreatment free process of linen fabric is prepared.The second part studies the feasibility of YL-850 A sizing as an alternative pretreatment reagent for ink-jet digital printing,tests the wettability and color rendering effect of fabric surface,including contact angle,wetting time,ink drop spreading shape and area,K/S value of front and back sides of fabric,permeability and other indicators,and determines the effect of direct digital printing of linen fabric after YL-850 A sizing and weaving.The third part studies the performance of YL-850 A sizing as an alternative pretreatment reagent for pigment inkjet printing,including experiments on Printing fineness,color rendering performance,color fastness and fabric hand style,and comprehensively evaluates the feasibility of the integration of non desizing and non pretreatment inkjet digital printing of linen fabric after YL-850 A sizing.The above experimental results show that when the concentration of YL-850 A is 25%,the weaving effect of linen yarn can be optimized.After sizing,the yarn breaking strength is951.2 N and the hairiness index is reduced to 0.05.The sizing performance of the new sizing agent with the best formula can basically replace the traditional modified starch size in the factory.The results of subsequent fabric printability and ink-jet digital printing performance show that YL-850 A forms a new surface on the fabric surface,and achieves the effect of70.4 ° ink drop contact angle and 12.6 seconds wetting time.The ink drops have a good effect on the K/S value,permeability,spreading area and spreading shape on the front and back of the fabric.In addition,the linen fabric after YL-850 A sizing can not only achieve the clearest line edge,but also obtain the thinnest line width under the line printing effect of each width.The CMYK four-color block printing after printing also has good color rendering performance,and the linen inkjet printing surface without desizing and pretreatment performs well in all aspects of color fastness.In conclusion,the linen fabric with YL-850 A sizing instead of pretreatment shows brighter color effect and satisfactory line printing fineness and color fastness.The work of this paper has a certain reference significance for the preparation of linen sizing material and the subsequent research on the integrated printing process without desizing and pretreatment.
