With the improvement of science and technology and living standards,people's pursuit of fabrics has changed from practical to novel.There are not only color-changing clothes for daily wear and stage performance,but also intelligent color-changing fabrics that can forecast fever,change color with the environment and forecast danger.At present,color-changing fabric can only change color passively under the ambient temperature,and there is no active temperature control system to adjust the surface temperature of fabric.The difficulty lies in overcoming the interference of ambient temperature and measurement noise during the control process.In this paper,a thermo-controlled color-changing fabric system is designed to change different colors at different temperature and color points.In the temperature control system,a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on Kalman filter is designed to reduce the interference of ambient temperature and sensor measurement error in the control process.Taking the color-changing pillow as an example,the temperature control performance and color-changing effect of the color-changing fabric system are verified.The specific work is as follows:1.This paper designs a set of color-changing fabric system with temperature control to actively control the color change of the fabric.The system consists of color-changing fabric and temperature control system.Color changing fabric composition structure is divided into three layers,the upper layer is temperature changing fabric(containing temperature changing powder),the middle layer is conductive fabric,the lower layer is thermal insulation layer.In this paper,considering the discoloration rate of the fabric,the spacing of the conductive copper wire and the number of strands of the conductive copper wire,are designed to maximize the heat dissipation power per unit area of the conductive fabric.At the same time,based on the voltage change of conductive fabric in temperature control,the appropriate booster controller is selected to ensure the energy supply of conductive fabric.The temperature control system consists of temperature controller,flexible temperature sensor and mobile power supply.Based on the wearability of the system,this paper selects a mobile power supply of appropriate capacity to ensure the energy supply of the system.A flexible temperature sensor is designed to collect the temperature data of conductive fabric to ensure the flexibility of the fabric.Design PCB board of temperature controller and reasonable layout,reduce the volume of temperature controller.2.In order to accurately control the surface temperature of color-changing fabric,a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on Kalman filter is designed in this paper.In this paper,fuzzy control is introduced on the basis of traditional PID control to realize the real-time online adjustment of PID control parameters.Through Matlab simulation,it is proved that the system has good dynamic response,strong adaptability and high temperature control precision.However,in the actual control process,due to the gap between the conductive fabric and the thermochromic fabric,the temperature data collected by the flexible temperature sensor has errors,and the actual control effect of the fuzzy PID is poor.In this paper,Kalman filter is adopted to reduce the impact of the measurement noise.The experimental results show that the adjusting time of the system is shortened by 140 seconds,the overshoot is reduced by 6.666%,and the temperature control accuracy is 0.1?.3.Verify the temperature control performance and color changing effect of the temperaturecontrolled color changing fabric system in the actual scene.In this paper,the color-changing pillow is made of color-changing powder with different temperature points,and the design of colorchanging fabric system with temperature control is realized.The experiment shows that the system has good dynamic performance and steady performance under different temperature points,the temperature control precision is 0.1?,and the fabric color change effect is remarkable.
