With the establishment of "international green trade barriers" and the proposal of carbon neutrality goals,the textile industry has clarified the green development route.Compared with the acquisition of natural fibers,which is limited by land and climate,and the non-renewable raw material sources of synthetic fibers,regenerated cellulose fibers have unique advantages such as renewable raw materials,degradable fibers,and environmentally friendly production processes,which are valued by people.New Richcel fiber is a new type of regenerated cellulose fiber,which belongs to Polynosic fiber.It has good wearability and alkali resistance.The exploration of its fiber properties and spinning and weaving technology conforms to industry development trends and consumption trends.The time for New Richcel fiber to be introduced to the market is still short,and there is no research report on its performance and spinning process.Therefore,this topic systematically tested and compared the structure and properties of New Richcel fiber,and analyzed the characteristics of New Richcel fiber;designed the spinning process of New Richcel fiber,optimized the spinning process scheme through mathematical methods,and discussed its Spinning performance and get New Richcel yarn with good comprehensive performance;then use the preferred yarn to weave New Richcel fabric,and test and analyze the wearing performance to highlight the characteristics of New Richcel fabric;finally,an alkali treatment experiment was designed according to its alkali resistance,and the optimization of alkali treatment process was carried out by mathematical methods,and the changes in the structure and properties of New Richcel fiber before and after alkali treatment were explored,so as to reflect the alkali resistance of the fiber and the effect of alkali treatment on the fiber.The specific research work is as follows:Firstly,compare and analyze the structure and properties of New Richcel fiber,viscose fiber and Richcel fiber.The cross-section and surface morphology of New Richcel fiber are similar to those of viscose fiber,the cross section is irregular,the longitudinal surface of the fiber has grooves,and the crystallinity is moderate;generally showing the characteristics of high strength,medium elongation,low loss of wet strength,the same initial modulus as Richcel fiber,and low friction coefficient;New Richcel fiber has high moisture regain,low specific resistance,good antistatic properties,and natural antibacterial properties.The order of the degree of easy fibrillation is Lyocell fiber>New Richcel fiber>Viscose fiber;Based on the various performance indicators of New Richcel fiber,New Richcel fiber can be positioned as a High wet strength viscose.Secondly,the pure spinning process of New Richcel fiber was studied,and the influence law of twist coefficient,draft ratio in the rear area,and nip gauge on the yarn properties was explored through single-factor test and orthogonal test.And through the grey cluster analysis method based on orthogonal test to optimize the spinning process parameters,and the optimal process parameters for spinning 18.5tex New Richcel yarn are 1.45 times the draft multiple in the rear area,380 twist coefficient,and 6.5mm nip gauge,the comprehensive performance of the yarn has been improved by the verification test.Thirdly,using the preferred yarn to weave the New Richcel fabric,the breaking strength of the New Richcel fabric is close to that of the cotton fabric,and has good tensile properties;the grooves on the fiber surface make it have good moisture absorption and moisture conduction Performance and air permeability;the stiffness of New Richcel fabric is similar to that of cotton fabric,and it has a soft feel of cotton fabric;and its drape is higher than that of cotton fabric,and the fabric is more close-fitting,making clothing more visually beautiful;The anti-pilling performance is average,but it can meet the requirements of taking,and the anti-pilling performance can also be improved by postfinishing and other methods.Finally,the alkali treatment process of New Richcel fiber was studied,and the influence of three factors,namely alkali concentration,alkali treatment temperature and alkali treatment time,on the fiber properties were explored through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.According to the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the experimental scheme is optimized,and the optimal scheme of alkali treatment is obtained as follows: the concentration of alkali solution is 30g/L,the alkali treatment time is 100 s,and the alkali treatment temperature is 10?,the verification test shows that the fiber performance of this scheme is better.After comparative analysis,it was found that the shape and number of longitudinal grooves of New Richcel fiber decreased after alkali treatment,and the fiber swelled;The crystallinity of the fibers obtained by alkali treatment with a concentration of 20 g/L increased,and the crystallinity decreased after the alkali treatment with a concentration of 30 g/L,which was lower than that without alkali treatment;And in terms of anti-fibrillation performance,it is better than the New Richcel fiber without alkali treatment.
