THINCELL is a nationally produced Lyocell fiber series product with completely independent intellectual property rights produced by the Green Fiber Co.,Ltd.of the Chinese Academy of Textile Sciences.At present,Thincell fiber is still under continuous research and optimization,and there are few studies on it at home and abroad.In order to better optimize and develop and apply it,we conducted some development and research on its structure and basic performance and yarn with Tencel(G100)fiber as a comparison.The results show that the research on the morphological structure and basic properties of Hiscel and Tencel fibers show that the shape of the Hiscel fibers has an overall thickness,uniform gloss and a clear surface,and there are many folds and grooves on the surface.The size of the cross section is large,and the holes and cracks are irregular.Tencel fibers are generally fuller,the fiber surface is more cracked,the cross section is more regular,and there are fewer cracks.Performance studies have shown that Hisel fibers are thicker and drier,and will exhibit resistance and elongation under wet conditions.The dynamic and static friction coefficients of the two fibers are not much different.The resistance per unit mass and the standard moisture absorption rate are slightly higher than those of Hiscel fibers.The differences in performance indicators are not large,so it can be concluded that Hisel fibers can be used to develop yarns and fabrics similar to Tencel.Spinel fibers were spun into yarns through the design and control parameters of orthogonal experiments.Performance testing and analysis showed that the number of tie rods in the spinning process had an important impact on chemical resistance.Breaking strength,uniformity and torsion coefficient.The number of wire gauges and the number of wire gauges have no significant effect on wire quality.Through a comprehensive analysis of each performance difference analysis,find the best process.By comparing the performance of yarns spun into different fibers in the same process,Hiscel fibers have lower breaking resistance and breaking elongation than Tencel in the same process.The difference between the harmful hairs of the two fiber yarns is related to the adjustment of the rear draft ratio.Conversely,the higher the ratio of rear drafting,the more helpful the smoothing of Hisel fibers is,thus reducing the extension of the fibers to the outside.Observing the CV value of the fiber yarnribbon,the CV% value of the Hiscel ribbon yarn is better than the CV% value of the Tencel yarn,but the difference is not much.Judging from the complete spinning performance test data,Hisel's quality is relatively good and the tensile strength is moderate.Under the test conditions of this article,since the hairiness index and the regularity of the strips are also relatively good,it can be judged that the Hiscel yarn can be used for weaving and using the fabric together with viscose and other fibers.
