Richcel fiber is a high wet modulus and biodegradable regenerated cellulose fiber, and it belongs to green fiber. In order to make up for the lack of natural fiber materials, meet the people's growing demand for green health textile products, complement the deficiencies of natural fiber performance, this paper used Richcel pure yarn with excellent overall performance to develop knitted fabric, mainly focusing on sportswear.This subject used Richcel fiber(1.3D) and Richcel pure yarn(19.7tex) produced by Nantong twelfth Cotton Textile Co..In order to understand the basic properties of Richcel fiber and yarn more fully, the subject systematically tested and analyzed cross-sectional and longitudinal morphology, infra-red spectrum, crystallinity, physical and mechanical properties of Richcel fiber, as well as Richcel yarn acid and alkali resistance, strength, twist, hairiness, evenness, and heat resistance.On the basic study of the Richcel fiber and yarn's overall performances, the weaving tissues and their craft of Richcel fiber knitted fabric were designed. Then used the computerized flat knitting machine of STOLL CMS530 HP type to kint. Five kinds of knitted fabric mainly for sportswear were developed, and their basic performance indicators were tested, which Provided basis for the development of Richcel fiber knitted fabric.When the bleaching process of Richcel fiber knitted fabric was analysed, with hydrogen peroxide as bleaching agent, with whiteness and bursting strength to evaluate the bleaching effect. First, in order to determine the optimal range about each of these four factors, as hydrogen peroxide concentration, time, temperature and concentration of sodium silicate, which are mainly effective for bleaching effect, single factor experiment was carried out. Then used the four factors and three level sorthogonal experiment and added experiment to get the best bleaching process: hydrogen peroxide concentration of 7g/L, bleaching time of 60 min, bleaching temperature of 80 ?, sodium silicate concentration of 4.5g/L, liquor ratio of 1:20, penetrant JFC of 2g/L. Richcel fiberi fabric by this bleaching treatment can improve whiteness significantly with slightly bursting strength deline, and the fabric maintains its softness, which is ready for the next dyeing process.Richcel fiber is the regenerated cellulose fiber, so the reactive dye mainly has good applicability for Richcel fiber fabric. The orientation longitudinal of Richcel fiber is so high that it is easy to be fibrillated, and under the conditions of high temperature strength will deline seriously, so the high temperature processing should be avoided. Therefore, the reactive dye with double reactive radicals in middle temperature type(reactive blue M-2GE) was choosed. The evaluation of the dyeing effect indexs are dyeing rate and K/S value. First, in order to determine the optimal range about each of these three factors, as fixing temperature, sodium carbonate concentration and fixing time,which are maily effective for dyeing effect, single factor experiment was carried out. Then used the orthogonal experiment with three factors three level considering the interaction between factors, through additional experiment to get the optimum dyeing process: peregal O concentration of 0.5g/L, liquor ratio of 1:20, dyeing temperature of 60?, heat preservation time of 30 min, sodium sulfate concentration of 30 g/L, sodium carbonate concentration of 25 g/L, fixing temperature of 65?, fixing time of 45 min. Through this process of Richcel fiber knitted fabric after dyeing with good perspiration, wash resistance, abrasion fastness.The performance of Richcel fiber knitted fabric after dyeing was tested and analysed in this subject, including the fastness, thermal wet comfort properties, appearance shape preserving, fabric style, in which the fastness including bursting strength, thermal wet comfort properties including moisture absorption, air permeability, moisture permeability, thermal insulation, fabric style including surface friction resistance, bending resistance, compression resistance, smoothness and appearance shape preserving including anti arching and deformation resistance, drapability and crease resistance, pilling resistance, shrinkage. The performance showed Richcel fiber knitted fabric is suitable for sportswear.Finally, the performances of five kinds of Richcel fiber knitted fabrics were evaluated by the fuzzy mathematics method, it can be concluded that the optimal comprehensive performance suitable for sportswear of the Richcel fabric tissue pattern.
