With the progress of textile science technology and the improvement of people's material and cultural life,people pay more and more attention to the wearing comfort of elastic fabric.The traditional elastic denim fabric has been unable to meet the needs of people for the wearing comfortable performance of fabric.In order to improve the defects of the traditional elastic fabric,it is necessary to discuss the wearing comfortable performance of fabric woven by elastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament.Fabrics woven by elastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament simultaneously have excellent elastic recovery of CM800 and excellent elasticity of Spandex,and it is the mainstream of elastic denim fabric research and development.At present,the research on the wearability of elastic denim fabrics woven by elastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament is less,which will provide some experimental guidance for developing comfortable freely elastic denim fabric.The tensile fracture and tensile elasticity of CM800/cotton,T400/cotton,Spandex/cotton and elastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament were firstly studied in this research,which provides a basis for the research and development of elastic denim fabrics.Then 24 kinds of elastic denim fabrics were woven by taking elastic core-spun yarn as the weft yarn.After that,suitable fabric finishing was done.This study tested and analyzed the tensile property,tensile elastic recovery,bending property,crease recovery,permeability,and thermal-wet comfort,touch style of elastic denim fabrics.By using Origin software and multiple linear regressions in IBM SPSS software system,the wearabilty of fabrics was analyzed,and the synthetic performance of mono-filament and cotton double filament elastic denim fabrics was analyzed by fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model.At the same time,factor analysis of SPSS software was used to reduce the dimension of fabric touch style,and the relationship between fabric touch style and fabric parameters was analyzed by correlation analysis.The conclusions of this study can be drawn in the following.(1)The breaking elongation of elastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament is greater than that of Spandex/cotton elastic core-spun yarn.With the increase of the linear density ofSpandex,the elastic recovery percentage of elastic core-spun yarn firstly increases and then decreases.But with the increase of the pre-drafting ratio of Spandex,the elastic recovery percentage of elastic core-spun yarn decreases.The more the times of yarn repeated drawing,the smaller the elastic recovery percentage of elastic core-spun yarn.The elastic recovery percentage of elastic core-spun yarn is power-function associated with the repeated extension time of yarn elongation and constant load.(2)With the increase of the linear density of CM800,the linear density and the pre-drafting ratio of Spandex,the breaking elongation of fabrics increases;with the increase of the linear density of CM800 and the weft density of fabrics,the breaking strength of elastic denim fabrics increases.But with the linear density of Spandex,the breaking strength of elastic denim fabrics decreases.With the increase of the linear density of CM800 and the weft density of fabrics,the elastic recovery percentage of elastic denim fabrics increases;with the increase of the pre-drafting ratio of Spandex,the elastic recovery percentage of elastic denim fabrics decreases.With the increase of the linear density and pre-drafting ratio of Spandex,the bending rigidity of elastic denim fabrics increases.With the increase of the linear density of CM800,the crease resistance of elastic denim fabrics increases.(3)With the increase of the linear density of Spandex,the pre-drafting ratio of Spandex and the weft density of fabrics,the air permeability of elastic denim fabrics decreases.With the increase of the linear density and pre-drafting ratio of Spandex,the wet resistance of elastic denim fabrics increases,so the moisture comfort of fabrics decreases.(4)Compared with the traditional Spandex/cotton elastic denim fabrics,the weft tensile property,the elastic recovery percentage of constant load and crease resistance of the elastic denim fabrics woven by taking elastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament as the weft yarn is improved.It improves the dimensional stability of the traditional elastic denim fabric and the elastic recovery percentage after repeated wearing and washing.But the hand feeling of fabrics woven by elastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament is stiffer and the thermal comfort of fabrics should be improved.(5)In mono-filament elastic denim fabrics,when the weft yarns of fabrics contains bi-component filament T400/cotton elastic core-spun yarn,and the linear density of T400 is 8.33 tex,the comprehensive performance of fabric is the best.In elastic denim fabrics woven byelastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament,when the weft yarns of elastic denim fabrics contains elastic core-spun yarn of cotton/double filament and the linear density of CM800 is 8.33 tex,the linear density of Spandex is 2.22 tex,the pre-drafting ratio of Spandex is 2.8 times,the comprehensive performance of fabric is the best.(6)Eighteen test indexes of touch style of elastic denim fabrics are transformed into five main factors,which are bending rigidity factor,thickness factor,fabric surface friction factor,fabric zonal surface roughness factor,and fabric warp surface roughness factor by using the principal factor analysis in SPSS software system.(7)The relationship between bending rigidity of the elastic denim fabrics and the thickness,gram weight of fabric and pre-drafting ratio of Spandex was highly correlated,and there is significantly correlation relationship between bending rigidity of elastic denim fabrics and the line density of Spandex;there is significantly correlation relationship between thickness factor of elastic denim fabric and the thickness of fabric,the linear density of CM800;there is significantly correlation relationship between fabric zonal surface roughness factor and thickness of fabrics,gram weight of fabrics,the linear density and pre-draftingof the Spandex;there is significantly correlation relationship between fabric warp surface roughness factor and the thickness of fabric,the linear density of CM800 and Spandex,pre-drafting ratio of Spandex.However,there is no significant correlation relationship between the surface friction factor of fabric and fabric specification parameters.
