With the improvement of scientific and technological level,petrochemical equipment is becoming increasingly automated and complex,which requires enterprises to quickly and effectively train high-level maintenance personnel in line with industry standards.However,in the current situation,the training of petrochemical equipment maintenance personnel mainly adopts two-dimensional simulation maintenance training system or desktop three-dimensional simulation maintenance training system.Neither of the two training methods has the sense of immersion,which can not immerse the trainees in the maintenance environment during the training,and the training effect is poor.In addition,many desktop 3d simulation maintenance training systems can only manually layout the equipment parts in the process of equipment maintenance,resulting in low training efficiency and messy screen images during training.Moreover,the assessment method is single,which cannot assess the maintenance ability of students from various aspects.For the above questions,this paper designs an intelligent simulation maintenance training system for petrochemical equipment based on VR,The main work of the thesis is as follows:1)The intelligent layout algorithm and collision detection method for petrochemical equipment simulation maintenance training are studied.Firstly,aiming at the layout problem of petrochemical equipment parts,the improved artificial swarm optimization algorithm was applied to the layout ordering rules to realize the automatic layout of parts,solve the problem of disordered layout in the maintenance process of petrochemical equipment,and improve the efficiency of trainees' training.Secondly,aiming at the collision problem between 3d models in the simulation training,the hybrid layering method is applied to the collision process to solve the penetration problem between 3d models and improve the realism of the system.2)The evaluation method and geometric transformation method for petrochemical equipment simulation maintenance training are studied.On the basis of full consideration of various influencing factors in the simulation maintenance process,appropriate weights are selected for various influencing factors,and reasonable assessment results are finally obtained.In addition,the geometric transformation in the intelligent simulation maintenance training system is studied to solve the problems of equipment parts selection,movement,rollover and scaling in the maintenance process of the intelligent simulation maintenance training system,so as to improve the operability of the system.3)The intelligent simulation maintenance system of petrochemical equipment is applied to the training scene of replacing flanged valve of electrolytic salt sterilization device.Aiming at the characteristics of low immersion and low imitation degree of maintenance environment in the current petrochemical equipment maintenance training system,the software system is applied to the interactive training of students in combination with VR hardware equipment to enhance students' immersion sense in the operation process and improve the imitation degree of petrochemical equipment maintenance environment.
