This thesis focused on the stationary phases of chiral covalent organic frameworks and explored the effect of inside wall roughness of capillary column on the stationary phase of methyl-β-cyclodextrin in gas chromatography.With C ui Yong team’s CCOF17 and CCOF18 prepared by schif base reaction,which the thermogrgravity analysis shown that they represented good stability,it was suitable for gas chromatography,two materials were prepared into chromatographic columns for the separation of n-alkanes,aromatic compounds,Grob’s reagent,n-alcohols,and racemates.During those separation,there were complementarity between two capillary columns.Three chiral covalent organic frameworks,Tp Pa-(NH22-L-valine trifluoroacetyl group(COF1),Tp Pa-(NH22-L-isoleucine trifluoroacetyl group(COF2),Tp BD-(NH22-L-isoleucine trifluoroacetyl group(COF3),were synthesized by schiff base reaction and post modification method.They had also been used as stationary phase of gas chromatography to separate n-alkanes,aromatic compounds,Grob’s reagent,n-alcohols and racemates.In order to study the effect of inner wall roughness of capillary column on the stationary phase of methyl-β-cyclodextrin,five kinds of roughness methods were developed in preparation of capillary column of gas chromatography.It is important That the suitable roughness method of inner wall of capillary column was selected.
