Orysastrobin is a fungicide of strobilurin,which is applied to rice blast and leaf blight.Although it is less listed in China,due to its environmental protection and unique sterilization mechanism,it is bound to shine in the future market.On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,we concludes a reasonable synthetic route and optimizes it.Orysastrobin puts(E)-2-(2-bromide methyl-phenyl)-2-methoximinoacetate and pentane-2,3,4-trione 3,4-(O-met-hyloxime)as the intermediates.pentane-2,3,4-trione 3,4-(O-methyloxime)is that 3-p-entanone is treated as a raw material,and is obtained by oximation,methylation,oximation,and oximation reactions.(E)-2-(2-bromide methyl-phenyl)-2-methoximinoa-cetate puts 2-methylbenzoic acid as the starting reactant,which is prepared by the reaction of acyl chloride,acylation,hydrolyzed esterification,oximation,bromination,etc.This route is cost reduction,easy operation,and is suitable for large-scale pro-duction.Under the optimized conditions,reduced the generation of nitrone.The total yield was 41.5%and the purity was 97.6%.The final product and intermediates were tested by TLC and high performance liquid chromatography.The chemical structures were characterized by 1H NMR.
