Research On The Schedule Management Of Z Company’s Beijing Daxing MBR Integrated Wastewater Treatment Project

Against the background of the country’s strengthening of environmental protection law enforcement and improvement of wastewater discharge standards,Membrane BioReactor(MBR)has been widely used as a new water treatment technology combining membrane separation and biological treatment.Company Z’s previous projects often encountered delays in construction.Therefore,combining the theory and technology of project schedule management to study the problems in the past similar project schedule management is of great significance for ensuring the scheduled acceptance of Z Company’s Beijing Daxing MBR integrated wastewater treatment project.Through reviewing archives,interviews,etc.,four main problems in the progress management of similar projects that have been completed by Company Z are summarized,that is,the irrational preparation of the schedule,the lack of supervision of the implementation of the schedule,the lack of organizational and institutional guarantees,and the complex debugging process.In order to avoid these problems from appearing again in this project,the following researches have been carried out in this article.First of all,the process of formulating the project schedule is studied in detail,including compiling WBS,compiling a list of operational activities,estimating the duration,and compiling a schedule.Then continuously monitor the progress of the project,focusing on the actual application of the earned value method in the project,and verify the effectiveness of the improvement measures through calculation.Finally,the organization and system safeguard measures were studied,and the IoT technology safeguard measures were innovatively used to monitor the debugging process in real time to solve the problem of debugging such projects.Through the use of Project project management software,earned value method progress control,and progress guarantee measures,the Z company’s Beijing Daxing MBR all-in-one wastewater treatment project on schedule was well guaranteed.And through the application of the Internet of Things technology,the problem of difficult commissioning that caused delays in the construction period of such projects was solved.
