Research On The Problems And Measures Of Schedule Management Of Oil And Gas Networkong Project In No.9 Oil Production Plant

In the management process of project implementation,schedule management has become one of the most important contents of project management.With the rapid development of information technology,the number of construction projects such as oil and gas Internet of Things is increasing gradually.However,due to the fact that these projects are emerging construction projects and lack of schedule management experience,and the project itself is huge and complex,the schedule management of oil and gas Internet of Things projects is also facing unprecedented challenges.For the schedule management of oil and gas Internet of Things projects,many enterprises in our country still operate in the traditional project management mode without considering the comprehensiveness and complexity of their projects,which easily delays the implementation schedule of projects and even affects the project investment and project quality.This paper uses the methods of literature research,theory combined with practice,case analysis and so on,taking the oil and gas Internet of things project of Daqing oil field No 9 oil production plant as the research object,through introducing the specific situation of the project construction and the schedule management,and combining with the characteristics of the current oil and gas internet of things,and the progress of the project management process related issues and influencing factors for a comprehensive and systematic analysis and summary.At last,using the theory and method of schedule management to propose the improvement measures of schedule management of this project,at the same time,it establishes and improves the safeguard measures of project construction.Through the study of this paper,we can further enrich the cases and experiences of schedule management for oil and gas Internet of things projects.It has certain theoretical guidance,practical significance and economic value.at the same time,we can apply effective methods of schedule management to similar projects,thus significantly improving and perfecting the schedule management level for oil and gas Internet of things projects.
