In China's petroleum and natural gas is relatively scarce, and coal resource potential is quite large. And to implementation of the oil and natural gas alternative strategies to meet the needs of social and economic development must be developed by the coal into chemical products industry, referred to coal chemical industry. The coal chemical project is the construction of a long construction period, construction units and more complex process, coal resources around the complex project. In the EPC mode of project management, to achieve the overall objective of coal chemical project, the project schedule production target management is extremely important. The key is to strengthen project management project schedule control and management, project schedule and quality assurance, to minimize the investment cost savings. Starting from the project in phases, with the emphasis on projects related to the tender, design, procurement, construction, stand-alone test, linkage test and every step, especially associated with the progress of management to ensure the successful completion and commissioning EPC projects.This paper systematically introduces DT coal gas project status and profile analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the EPC mode, and the progress of the project management focus, DT coal gas project management situation was analyzed and summarized project progress control and management problems and causes of the problem and take corrective action to address the problem of optimization schedule adjustments; Finally safeguards project schedule optimization, noting that the project schedule management requires multi-sectoral, multi-disciplinary cooperation between perfect project management system and the establishment of relevant incentives.This paper is divided into five divisions; the first chapters, including the background and significance of research projects EPC, content and purpose of the research methods, as well as writing and ideas and other aspects of the article; the second chapter introduces the features of the project EPC mode and benefits, schedule management of content and focus, EPC research status at home and abroad; the third chapter describes the status and progress of the management structure and scheduling problems DT coal gas project, because schedule management problem analysis; Chapter 4 describes specific programs to optimize the management of progress, strengthening the dynamic management, schedule planning, and other aspects of the critical path optimization; the fifth chapter of the safeguard measures project schedule management optimization.
