The Mobile Application Service Oriented Product Design

The audience all leather containing both old and young, with a large number of leather products and consumer groups Chinese but no relative professional uniform leather care center, several single leather care center of the business model, the price, quality, service is not to set uniform standards, leather care shop service quality from the coastal to the Inland first-tier cities(three to the second line city). From this view,the establishment of a unified standard leather care platform is particularly important.Different users and audience based on the "small" App by the method of investigation, the interview and analysis of the current service status, and analysis the product before the intervention of user journey build, optimize service system, clear leather care service process, analysis and design of a typical user and use context.According to the results of the design planning "cobbler" mobile application, then to analyze and design the function, information architecture, interaction process, completed production of all product design.
