| This thesis first briefly introduces the situation and characteristics of BSI 737NG aircraft engine fuel pump project on wing,as well as the project risk management theory and civil aviation maintenance management theory.The thesis adopts the project risk management framework,combined with the relevant risk theory analysis in the civil aviation safety management system(SMS system for short),studies the applicability of the risk management of BSI 737NG aircraft engine fuel pump project on wing,and discusses ensuring the management risk control and methods for the safe implementation of BSI 737NG aircraft engine fuel pump project,hoping to improve the company’s safety management system regarding risk management and control of maintenance projects.This thesis introduces the steps and methods of project risk management.According to the specific implementation steps of project risk management,the research and analysis of BSI 737NG aircraft engine fuel pump project on wing is carried out.First,carry out risk identification for the project,and gradually analyze according to the process included in the BSI project to identify various risks that may exist in the process.Then,we use the risk probability and impact matrix analysis method widely used in the civil aviation field to analyze various risks for the identified risks.Based on the results of the risk analysis,we obtain the probability of each risk and the degree of impact of the risk on the overall project,at the same time get important risks.Then according to the causes of risks,we will formulate risk response measures and control methods in a targeted manner.Finally,a risk response and monitoring plan would be prepared to implement risk management and control measures during the actual progress of BSI 737NG aircraft engine fuel pump project on wing,while identifying new risks and updating the risk list in time.Through the research of this thesis,the feasibility of applying the project risk management theory to BSI 737NG aircraft engine fuel pump project on wing is discussed,and the applicability of the project risk management theory in this maintenance project is also explained.It also provides a feasible method and idea for risk management of other civil aviation maintenance projects. |
