Research On Risk Management And Control Of Copper Smelter Maintenance Work

Maintenance work of copper smelter always under the condition of inflammable and explosive,toxic or hazardous.Because of the complicated working environment,the varied workers,the management of maintenance work is difficult.Copper smelter maintenance work accidents occupy a higher proportion of enterprise accidents.In order to improve the management of copper smelter maintenance work,this paper study on risk management and control of maintenance work.Based on the principle of risk management,identify the hazard firstly,and then take measures to control the risk.According to the characteristics of copper smelter maintenance work and risk,combined two types of hazard theory with JHA,develop a scientific method of risk identification and identify risk practicality,comprehensively and systematically.Based on the qualitative risk assessment,complement control measures to control the risk in an acceptable state,finally get the comprehensive risk and control information of J copper smelter maintenance and repair work.Then,based on the information,combined with information technology tools to develop risk control tools: risk information database of maintenance work,hidden dangers checking and handling information,risk control training course and the maintenance work permit with support of risk information database.Apply the information technology to promote the effective use of risk information,and enhance the maintenance work risk management.Although this paper dependent on J copper smelter projects,but the risk identification method of maintenance and repair work,the information database and the control tools is common in other smelting enterprises,the paper route also can be applied in other industries.
