Research On Quality Risk Management Of HY Company PDMDAAC Products

With the formation of buyer’s market,the demand for high-tech and advanced materials from all walks of life has promoted the rapid development of chemical industry.The requirements of high performance and quality chemicals are increasing in multiple fields,such as construction,petroleum,mineral processing and municipal works.How to meet the rapidly growing market needs and remain invincible in the competition has become an important subject that each chemical enterprise has to confront.For production companies,product quality is the foundation of existence and quality management could be the key to success.As the studies on quality management move along,scholars have applied the idea of risk management to form a new discipline taking product quality as the object.Quality risk management is a complement to quality management system The product quality and control level can be greatly improved by trans forming post-management into prior risk control.The quality risk management in the quality forming process of PDMDAAC in HY Company was studied.Firstly,the concepts and basic theories of risk management and quality risk management were introduced,focusing on the selection of quality risk management process and management tools.Secondly,the background and quality management status were stated.The quality problems of PDMDAAC were also analyzed in three aspects:raw materials,process conditions and personnel operation.Then,the implementation scope of quality risk management for PDMDAAC product was determined using risk management theory.Combining the quality problems in research process,the problems in purchasing management,production and marketing,monitoring and inspection and other supportive management were identified with flow chart and questionnaire methods.As a result,a list of quality risk factors was compiled.Finally,according to the quality risk identification results,the quality risk of PDMDAAC product in the process of quality formation can be evaluated through failure model and effect analysis(FMEA)and fishbone diagram.The product quality of PDMDAAC can be managed comprehensively and systematically by strengthening the management of contract,raw material storage,supervision and inspection,production equipment and personnel operation with the help of a complete and reasonable management system,establishing supplier and employee assessment mechanism,organizing professional training for warehouse keepers,production personnel and technicians,effectively controlling quality risk by setting up risk monitoring and risk assessment system.Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,the quality risks of PDMDAAC product were analyzed,a list of quality risk factors was compiled and a product quality assessment system was also established.According to the actual situation of HY Company,the corresponding control methods and coping strategy were proposed.Research showed that before quality risk occured,forecasting quality risk factors,developing risk assessment system and risk control strategy in advance could effectively reduce the risk of the severity,frequency and found difficulty,so as to effectively reduce the quality risk impact brought to industrial production.
