Risk Management On Project Of Developing Non-Magnetic Materials Self-Application Devices For Removing Iron

The technology of risk management is introduced into the modern project, which emphasize to prevent and control the aim of project positively in order to decrease the expense that come from management and disturbance factor. It is important and necessary to build the risk management plan and programming and control risk continuously in the lifecycle of project.Basing on the present situation in study of risk management on the project at home and abroad, this paper introduces the general information of risk management on the project about new products in Baosteel at first, point out the content, meaning and method of this paper. Second, from point of view of definition in risk and risk management, identifying and measuring of risk on the project, risk management on the project in new products developing, review the relevant theory and method of risk management on the project, clarify the importance and necessity of risk studying on new products. Third, in connection with non-magnetic material’s self-style devices for removing iron, integrating with its background, theory and designing train of thought, analyze the process and method of risk identifying, summarize and sort out all kinds of risk factors according to risk identifying in the whole and special areas. At last, after assaying all kinds of risk factors, in connection with reality of Baosteel, make risk policy and plan of risk management, through effective early preparation and active prevent measures in order to evade all kinds of technique risk. Basing on this, this paper build o kind of pattern in risk policy on new products, and furthermore, summarize basic prevent measures in the process of exploiting new products.At the same time the risk analysis, risk measurement, risk decision-making, and risk prevention about the non-magnetic material’s self-style devices for removing iron are pointed out, which is not only applicable to new products, new equipment exploded in Baosteel, but also has general applicability to general research to new products. And it has some directing significance to this kind research.
