In the long history of human development,land provides basic material information for human production and life,which has played a huge role in the development of human civilization.However,in recent years,land-use structure problems have become prominent,and the result has been a significant reduction in the value of ecosystem services.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to allocate quantity for each type of urban land and protect the safety of urban ecological land.At the same time,the optimization of land use structure has a very important role in promoting the efficient use of land resources in China.Therefore,this article discusses the optimization of land use structure based on the value of ecological services,and provides a certain reference value for the optimal allocation of land in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Based on the research scope of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this article reviews and references the literature on land use structure optimization and ecosystem service value(ESV),and selects the relevant data from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei for the nine years from 2009 to 2017 for calculation..First of all,a comprehensive analysis of the land use structure changes in the region over the past9 years,including quantitative changes,dynamic changes,and degree changes;secondly,an ecosystem service value evaluation index system suitable for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was constructed,and the equivalent factor method was used to calculate according to the model.The results of ecosystem service value evaluation are obtained.Finally,the goal is to maximize the value of ecosystem services,and to use the overall land use planning and current status of land use in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as constraints,and the ecosystem service value coefficient as the objective function.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei land use structure optimization model uses Matlab18 a calculation software to derive an optimal allocation plan for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei land use structure based on maximizing the value of ecosystem services.conclusion as below:First,after analyzing the changes in the quantity,dynamics,and extent of the eight land-use types reclassified in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it was found that: in terms of quantity,the area of construction land and unused land increased from 2009 to 2017,and other land uses The types are showing a downward trend;in terms of dynamic degree,the average annual change in construction land is the most obvious,showing a trend of rapid expansion;in terms of degree changes,the land utilization rate,land reclamation rate,cultivated land replanting index,land agricultural utilization rate,land construction The five indicators of utilization rate analyze the changes in the land use degree in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,and obtain the results such as the continuous reduction of ecological land.Second,the total value of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecosystem services can be obtained through evaluation.(1)The value of ecosystem services in the region decreased from 448.649 billion yuan in 2009 to 439.202 billion yuan in 2017.(2)From the perspective of ecosystem service functions,the ecological value of various service functions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is regulating service-supporting service-supplying service-cultural service.Third,after optimizing the land use structure with the goal of maximizing the value of ecosystem services,the value of ecosystem services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region increased by 9.632 billion yuan in 2020.At the same time,the land use structure optimization analysis of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was carried out separately.The optimized ecological service value can be higher than the 2017 ecosystem service value,indicating that the optimization of land use structure has a positive effect on improving the ecosystem service value.Finally,on the basis of the above research results,the paper puts forward some policy Suggestions for the optimization of land use structure in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
