The Study About The New Rural Environment Civilization Construction

The report of the Seventeenth Party Congress clears that we must build an ecological civilization, ordinate the urban and rural development and advance a new socialist countryside. In order to achieve this goal, we must pay attention to the rural environment protection. Environment pollution in rural areas is becoming more prominent in pace with the urbanization. It hiders the overall development of rural areas and affects the health of the peasant. It does not meet the general requirements of the building a new socialist countryside and a socialist harmonious society.This paper adopted several research forms, such as literature review, social investigation and so on, systematically analyzed the serious situation of the rural environment and many environmental problems that existed in the new countryside construction:the pollution that caused by the agricultural activities; the negative ecological influence brought on by the construction of small towns:the environmental pollution brought on by the country corporations:and the rural pollution brought on by the city. The article thinks that different factors have contributed to the ecological environment problems. It includes economic reasons with deficient and inappropriate economic development. There exist many social and cultural factors including farmers'faint environmental consciousness and attitude to nature. In addition, that the government misgoverns the environment is its political reason.In view of this, this issue researches the current situation and origin about rural environment civilization construction, analyzes the rural environmental question. According to the present conditions and features of environment protection in the rural area, we put forward a series of eco-governance measures and countermeasures.
