| In recent years,with the acceleration of the urban process,it has promoted the prosperity and development of various industries and enterprises.In modern enterprise management,performance appraisal,as the core of human resource management,has been highly valued by many enterprises.Modern enterprises attach importance to performance appraisal,which can effectively improve the performance level of employees,so as to improve the daily work efficiency on the basis of improving the sense of belonging of employees,and provide a strong scientific basis for the adjustment of position resources or salary,the decision-making of human resource management,etc.Production line employees,as the company’s grass-roots employees,play an important role in the company’s production and survival.Therefore,how to establish a reasonable performance appraisal system for the company’s front-line employees in the modern market development environment,and achieve the completion of the company’s strategic objectives through effective incentives for employees,has become the core issue of the current company’s development focus.However,under the influence of many factors,some companies still lack of attention and improvement on performance appraisal,which leads to the impact on the sustainable development of the company.In this study,NX fine chemical company is taken as an example to explore the improvement scheme of the performance appraisal system of the company’s production line employees.First of all,the research background,significance,related concept theory,domestic and foreign research review,research content and methods are comprehensivelysummarized,the research basis is sorted out,and the research value is clarified;secondly,the current situation of the performance appraisal system for the production line employees of NX fine chemical company is discussed,and the performance of the production line employees is analyzed through the development of the company and the introduction of the employees The current situation of the performance appraisal system,and through the statistical results of the questionnaire,summarizes and refines the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of the production front-line employees and the causes of the problems;thirdly,according to the comprehensive analysis of the problems and causes,defines the improvement thinking and principles of the performance appraisal system of the production front-line employees,and scientifically puts forward the improvement countermeasures of the performance appraisal system of the employees;finally,formulate the corresponding Guarantee measures,through system guarantee,organization guarantee and fund guarantee,lay the foundation for the improvement and implementation of the performance appraisal system of the production line employees of NX fine chemical company. |
