W Oil Production Plant is a crude oil production unit owned by Q Oilfield Company.It was established in early 2012 and is a high-developing oil recovery plant discovered by Q Oilfield for many years.The oil production plant is located in the eastern part of the Heroingling structural belt in the western part of the Qaidam Basin.The surface of the surface is more than 3,000 meters above sea level.The oil field has the characteristics of shallow reservoir burial,high reservoir physical property,large oil layer thickness and high single well production.It is one of the most important blocks for increasing oil production in Q oilfield.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of the grassroots employees of Q Oilfield Company W Oil Production Plant as the research object.Based on the analysis of the establishment of performance appraisal indicators of oilfield enterprises and the problems of performance appraisal system,combined with the actual situation of W oil production plant.In the situation,based on relevant theories and tools,the actual operation of the performance appraisal system of the grassroots employees in W Oil Production Plant was investigated and found various problems.For example,there is a misunderstanding of the assessment and positioning of the assessment,the assessment indicators are not set properly,the scientific basis of weight distribution is not sufficient,the communication mechanism is not smooth enough,and the results are not scientific enough.This paper optimizes and improves the performance appraisal system of W oil production plant from six aspects.The first is to determine the performance appraisal process.The second is to sort out and improve the performance appraisal indicators of grassroots employees.The third is to scientifically formulate key indicators for the performance appraisal of grassroots employees.The fourth is to strengthen the use of performance appraisal results.The fifth is to establish a continuous and efficient two-way communication feedback mechanism.Sixth is to continuously enhance the effectiveness of performance improvement.The new appraisal system has strong applicability and operability,and has realized the comprehensive improvement of the performance appraisal system of the W oil production plant,providing a strong institutional guarantee for the W oil production plant to achieve its strategic goals,and at the same time,the relevant brother units of Q Oilfield Company.The performance appraisal work also has certain reference.
