With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the improvement of residents’ living standard,the problem of "garbage siege" is becoming more and more serious.The government attaches great importance to it,and has introduced a series of measures to improve people’s livelihood and promote the development of circular economy.Environmental companies have also increased investment in the development of new waste treatment technology.The gasification power generation technology developed by C Company is more suitable for solving the problem in small towns,and it is ready to carry out pilot operation in R County.Guided by the mature theory of project feasibility study,combined with literature research and case analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the feasibility of C Company’s gasification power generation project in R County.Firstly,by analyzing the treatment pain points,the paper makes clear the necessity of gasification power generation project.Furthermore,the feasibility of gasification power generation technology is demonstrated through the analysis of site selection,technical scheme,equipment scheme and engineering scheme of the project.Then,the total amount of investment,fund raising,cost,income and tax of the project are estimated according to the industry standard,and the profitability,solvency,uncertainty and risk analysis of the project are evaluated according to the basic method of financial analysis.Finally,the impact of the project on local production,life and ecological environment is estimated to judge the social and environmental benefits of the project.Through the comprehensive analysis and judgment,to study the following conclusions: the project to solve the problem of R county life garbage disposal is necessary,the technology is feasible and the project overall risk controllable,after production is expected to produce good economic benefit,and can bring good social benefits and environmental benefits to the local,the living garbage gasification power generation project is feasible.
