With the continuous development of China's economy,people's lifestyles have improved significantly,the core metropolitan area and the process of urbanization have accelerated in a larger space,and economic development has brought increasing pressure on resources and the environment.At present,the total urban population has exceeded 800 million.On the basis of 1 kg/person/day,the daily production of urban garbage in my country exceeds 800,000 tons,and the amount of urban domestic garbage is still increasing.Traditional landfill and disposal of large amounts of municipal solid waste not only seriously affects the air,land and water resources,but also takes up a lot of land resources.Obviously,as the core metropolitan area and urbanization continue to advance,the amount of solid waste in the city will expand dramatically.Faced with the subjective and objective conditions of accelerating the process of urbanization and increasing demand for harmless garbage disposal,we must continue to follow the path of sustainable development,aiming at industrialization,marketization,and resource utilization to ensure the healthy development of the urban domestic waste treatment industry.The theory of sustainable development includes economic sustainability,environmental sustainability and social sustainability.It is the basis for converting waste into energy and promoting the sustainable development of waste incineration.In terms of economic sustainability: Project A's economic efficiency indicators are relatively ideal,and all indicators comply with relevant national regulations and investor requirements.The project has strong profitability and solvency.In terms of environmental sustainability: Combining the characteristics and characteristics of various engineering activities during the construction and operation of the project,adopting advanced waste incineration technology and pollution control technology,and adopting effective environmental protection measures to prevent the incineration plant Secondary pollution and other measures can minimize the impact of the project on the ecological environment and water environment,as well as the various impacts of project operation on the surrounding environment,so as to ensure the harmonious and orderly development of project construction,operation and surrounding environment.In terms of social sustainability: The project can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of social capital to participate in project construction through the PPP cooperation mechanism and reasonable payment methods.The project's people-oriented construction concept can save natural resources,reduce comprehensive energy consumption,and improve environmental protection and The level of comprehensive utilization of resources to promote social harmony and sustainable development.This paper conducts a feasibility study with sustainable development as the research perspective,and analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility of Qingdao A Vein Industrial Park(PPP)project investment from three aspects: economic sustainability,environmental sustainability and social sustainability.Clarify the evaluation criteria of such projects and put forward suggestions for improvement.
