As a new type of renewable energy, waste incineration power generation WTE has been attaching great importance by government with the advantage of harmless,waster-reduce and resource recovery. But the influence of pollution made by WTE is non-negligible,there are problems with cost estimates and profit model. So detailed study on feasibility of WTE is necessary and meaningful for approving and initiating project and sustainable development. In view of the above major needs, aiming at exploring the feasibility of the waste incineration power generation project in ZZ city, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis from the perspective of environment, economy and risk by using the methods of literature theory research and practical case analysis, which provides a basis for the construction and operation of the waste incineration power generation project. The results of feasibility study indicated that construction of waste incineration power generation was feasible. This paper provided the basis of construction and operation of WTE from the views of environment, economical and venture by theoretical study and actual case analysis.Firstly, this paper conducted the feasibility Analysis of WTE in ZZ city from the points of ecological environment, and utilized Improved Nemerow composite index method to evaluation groundwater environmental pollution. The results of evaluation accord with the local water quality.Secondly, the feasibility analysis of economic was performed that IRR(after tax)is 8.81%.With 70 Yuan/t of garbage and preferential policy of government,WTE of ZZ city is feasible. Finally, the feasibility analysis of venture and control measures was provided, and propose the management and Monitoring measures.
