| Haze pollution not only threatens human health and sustainable development of the economy and society,but also brings serious negative impacts on global climate change.It has become one of the global problems facing mankind.Under the complex driving mechanism composed of natural factors and socio-economic factors,haze pollution in different countries and regions constitutes a complex global interactive system.Haze pollution has no borders.Global collaborative governance is the only correct choice to deal with haze pollution,and a deep understanding of the global interactive effects of haze pollution is the basic premise for launching global governance.Based on the global perspective,through collecting ground monitoring PM2.5 time series data,this paper theoretically expounds the natural and economic mechanisms of long distance interaction of haze pollution,and empirically tests the global interaction effects of haze pollution.First,from the two aspects of natural factors and socio-economic factors,theoretically analyze the driving mechanism that forces haze pollution to achieve long-distance interactive effects.Secondly,from the perspective of information flow,the global interaction effects of haze pollution were identified using convergence cross mapping technology.Thirdly,leveraging network analysis methods,the diversified network index system was used to reveal the network structure characteristics of the global interactive effects of haze pollution.Finally,in terms of construction approaches,and important initiatives,put forward a viable framework for global governance system of haze pollution.The research findings of this article is:(1)In terms of the global interactive intensity of haze pollution,more than 99%of the global interactive impact of haze pollution is positive,which means that there is a characteristic of“a glory all glory,a loss all loss”.(2)In terms of the structural form of the global interactive effects of haze pollution,the global interactive effects of haze pollution constitute an intricate,multi-threaded network structure.There are no obvious“brokers”in the network,and the network structure is extremely stable.Among the top 20 key paths,75%of the global interactions of haze pollution are transmitted across continents,and the interaction path between the two cities is not unique,which indicates that haze pollution is in the"intercontinental interaction"and"multi-channel"features.(3)From the perspective of the conduction efficiency of the global interactive network of haze pollution,the proportion of high-efficiency conductive paths in the global interactive network of haze pollution is 23.5%,the proportion of medium-efficiency conductive paths reaches 47.6%,and the proportion of inefficient conductive paths 28.8%,the global interaction of haze pollution constitutes a three-level pollution warning and prevention network.Faced with the global interactive impact of haze pollution,countries around the world must hold a clear and strong consensus in controlling haze pollution,stop complaining each pther and unite to promote global collaborative governance of haze pollution. |
