The function of fatigue risk management of civil aviation pilots is to reduce the fatigue level of pilots and increase the safety margin of civil aviation flight.At present,the fatigue risk management system of civil aviation pilots in China is backward,and the fatigue risk management method based on flight time limitation is generally used by various airlines.Civil aviation pilots generally have the problems of weak awareness of fatigue driving and fatigue risk management,and the relevant documents and training measures are not perfect,which cannot fundamentally and effectively control the fatigue risk of civil aviation pilots.In view of the above deficiencies,this paper proposes the design concept of evidence-based knowledge base for fatigue risk management of civil aviation pilots.The research contents include:(1)The scenario-based design method is used to construct a set of typical work schedules for civil aviation pilots that meet the constraints.The possible fatigue risk sources are discussed and analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that flight fatigue is inevitable,and sleep quality and work content are the direct influencing factors.Based on the literature analysis of the current fatigue risk management methods,an integrated scheme based on evidence-based methods is proposed,and the hierarchical task analysis of the scheme is carried out to show its adaptability.(2)According to the requirements and objectives of the knowledge base,the overall architecture,implementation scheme and construction process of the knowledge base are designed by using the object-oriented programming method.Descriptive research method is used to elaborate the knowledge acquisition module,data storage,knowledge reasoning,database module and the construction process of fact database and rule database in the knowledge base.(3)According to the knowledge base components and reasoning process designed above,manual simulation is used to verify the integrity of the knowledge base working logic,and the direction of knowledge base optimization is proposed for problems such as data source discovery and reasoning algorithm in the simulation process.The theoretical research in this paper helps to promote the construction of relevant knowledge base system,provides new ideas for the study of fatigue risk management methods,and has certain reference value for the related fields of fatigue risk management.
