| Compared with ordinary glass,vacuum glass has the characteristics of low heat transfer coefficient and good sound insulation performance.The application of vacuum glass in automobile production is in line with the development trend of new energy vehicles,and has broad market prospects and economic benefits.In this paper,the mechanical properties,sealing properties and wind load properties of arc surface toughened vacuum glass are discussed(1)Based on elasticity,cylindrical shell theory and mathematical differential method,a mechanical model of arc surface toughened toughened glass is established,which provides a theoretical basis for it.The three-dimensional structure model of arc surface toughened vacuum glass for vehicle is established by CATIA,including arc surface toughened glass,support column and side seal of glass.Considering the load distribution,the mesh is divided and densified in ANSYS to improve the quality of mesh,so as to establish a perfect finite element model and lay the foundation for the later simulation analysis.Based on the simulation results,the allowable range of support column vacancy is defined.(2)Through the annealing test curve of toughened glass,the appropriate sealing temperature range was selected,and the low temperature glass powder of AgO-VOx-POy system was used as the sealing solder.The sealing experiment was carried out at the temperature of ensuring the tempering degree,and the bonding performance of low temperature glass solder was explored.The best sealing temperature was obtained through the experiments of cross,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis and polycrystalline X-ray diffraction It provides sealing parameters for the manufacture of arc surface toughened vacuum glass.(3)The arc surface toughened vacuum glass for vehicle is made at the optimum sealing temperature.Combined with the mechanical model and wind load theory,the formula of maximum stress on the surface of arc surface toughened vacuum glass for vehicle is derived.According to the experiment of the relationship between wind speed and distance,the linear relationship between them is found out.By changing the distance between the air pump of high-pressure vortex fan and the glass surface,the relative wind speed generated when the car is running at high speed is simulated.The surface stress of the vehicle arc surface toughened vacuum glass is measured to understand the surface stress distribution under the wind load.The influence of the wind load at the highest speed on the vehicle arc surface toughened vacuum glass is analyzed The influence of glass is still within the scope of safety,meeting the requirements. |
