With the continuous opening of my country’s low-altitude airspace and the continuous advancement of the general aviation market, general aviation is bound to usher in a new round of vigorous development.Aiming at the problems existing in low-altitude flight, this paper uses a combination of mathematical modeling and simulation analysis to explore the scientific problems contained in general aviation in the process of low-altitude flight, reveal the basic law of low-altitude flight safety, and control it for the future.Low-altitude flight lays the theoretical foundation. This paper firstly analyzes the low-altitude operating environment from two aspects:airspace environment and operating rules. At the same time,it analyzes the characteristics of four typical general navigation flight activities. On this basis,it puts forward the meteorological conditions, airspace structure, navigation activities, flight regulations and other restrictive elements that affect general aviation low-altitude flight.Secondly,it summarizes the main conflict types of low-altitude flight, and proposes a relief strategy based on speed, heading, and height adjustment, constructs a low-altitude airspace general aviation individual flight conflict model and relief model, and constructs low-altitude group mixed flight rules and builds conflicts.Free from the logical framework;using Agent-based modeling technology to realize the interaction between general aviation and the low-altitude environment, extract the main parameters that affect the safety of low-altitude flight activities, and build a low-altitude flight safety simulation platform using Net Logo software. Finally, based on the flight simulation platform built, this paper simulates and analyzes the relationship between the flight volume, the number of conflicts, the conflict duration, the average interval and other parameters by setting different conflict detection distances and safety intervals, revealing the basic impact of different parameters on flight safety law.The simulation results show that there is o non-linear positive correlation between the flight volume and the number of conflicts and the conflict duration;the greater the collision detection distance, the lower the airspace security level and the worse the stability;the safety interval has a greater impact on the airspace stability.Reasonable setting of safety intervals is conductive to the smooth operation of low-altitude airspace.
