With the completion of the expansion projects of emerging airports and large busy airports that have been built in recent years,in addition to the rapid increase of air traffic flow in large terminal areas,the network density of routes in and out of terminal areas has also increased,resulting in the increase of conflict points and conflict routes in terminal areas,the operation mode of terminal areas in the overall environment is complex,and the workload of controllers is heavy,At the same time,it also affects the operational efficiency and economic benefits of the aircraft when entering and leaving the site.PBN flight procedure aims to ensure the flight safety in terminal area and reduce the flight conflicts in actual operation.However,due to the fact that the current conflict points of flight procedure are manually judged and adjusted by the program designer,not only the work efficiency is low,but also the repeated workload is large,which is easy to cause the program designer to miss,causing unnecessary waste of terminal area airspace resources.At present,the design of flight program is mainly based on AutoCAD.Therefore,this paper starts with the related DXF format file,models the DXF file of the terminal area's inbound and outbound routes,eliminates the redundant route points caused by the time and design of the inbound and outbound route files,and processes the route segments uniformly,improves and supplements the corresponding altitude data,gradient data,etc.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of route parameters.For multiple airports in the same terminal area,because different coordinate systems used in the program design are placed in the same terminal area,the normalization of coordinate system is required to facilitate the subsequent conflict detection,and the adjustment of these design parameters is taken as the basic method of route conflict mediation.Based on the relevant aircraft operation rules and air traffic management rules,this paper studies and summarizes the conflict detection algorithm and mediation algorithm of the approach and departure routes.Through the calculation of route parameters,the conflict detection algorithm deduces and detects the altitude data within the interval of the conflict point which does not meet the relevant rules and regulations,and adjusts the approach and departure route conflict Section also realizes the purpose of adjusting the route conflict by changing the gradient of the route segment on the basis of the route conflict detection.Finally,the detection algorithm and the adjustment algorithm are verified by the approach and departure procedure of the large terminal area,and through visualization,help the programmers to establish their own situational awareness.
