Conflict is a universal phenomenon existing broadly in social organizations.It is can be said that conflict is everywhere and everywhen.Conflict has increasingly become a common concern of all sectors of the community.Conflict management means management over various conflicts within certain organizations.How to handle various conflicts in reasonable and effective manner has become an important issue for modern enterprise management.With the development of our socialist market economy,large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises are undergoing a profound social transformation,which means that the unprecedented important adjustment is being taken place in the economic,political,cultural systems of the whole society and people's interest structure.The cause,manifestation of enterprise conflict in this period and effect of various factors are more intense and complex than ever.Understanding of the conflict determines the resolution to the conflict of people.Under the new time background,it has important theoretical significance and application value to exert profound and comprehensive analysis to the issues the enterprises facing and discuss its management strategy.In the modern enterprise management,healthy and harmonious development of the enterprise will be well promoted by correctly facing and analyzing conflicts occurring in the organization,adopting effective management methods to handle various different kinds of conflicts,fully resolving contradictions within the enterprise.Based on the comprehensive analysis of relative conflict management,combined with research and analysis of successful cases of conflict management of Shandong Xinwen Mining Group,and the author's observation and work experience,this paper gives a systematic and comprehensive summary on manifestation,feature,formation process and reason of organization conflict in China,then establishes a theoretical analysis framework of enterprise conflict management,gives empirical validation through case study,makes further modification and improvement to the relative theories,and puts forward strategies,principles,methods of enterprise organization management on this basis,provides useful inspiration for the enterprise organizations to enhance to heighten predictability,efficiency and capability in conflict management practice.
