Research On Conflict Management Of Engineering Project Of CNPC In Southamerica

From 1990s, in response to national energy strategy, CNPC actively expanded overseas business, in which overseas business in South America gradually became emphases of overseas business of CNPC. As an inevitable phenomenon in social life, conflict exists commonly in our daily life. Due to its characteristic, project is the easiest to produce conflict and conflict-centralized place. Due to its special external environment, conflict subject, diversity of source of conflict, CNPC project in South America is becoming more complex, so it is very necessary for us to study conflict management project in CNPC in South America.In this paper, it firstly gives a simple statement to the theory of project management and conflict management, mainly introduces project life cycle theory, project conflict management theory, project conflict source theory and conflict strength theory, and leads to the problems of conflict management of international engineering project. Based on questionnaire data, the third chapter analyzes and researches project conflict from external environmental analysis, project subject analysis, project conflict source analysis, project conflict strength analysis of life cycle source analysis of projects in South America. It derives ten conflict subjects and conflict and nine project conflict sources which influence projects, and makes a deep analysis into it. Project conflict strength analysis of life cycle source analysis is from four stages of project respectively, derives the average conflict strength of project and conflict strength of each stage, and makes a sorting summary of conflict strength and derives the strongest conflict of each stage.Finally, based on the preceding chapters, this paper begins to build the framework of the project conflict management of CNPC in South America. It makes an order management of project conflict from top to bottom, from large to small mainly from overall layout of the levels of CNPC, conflict support of project group levels, specific implementation of project conflict management of project life cycle, and in the fifth chapter it states the specific use of the framework of project conflict management from a specific case.
