Study On Design Quality Management Of Sewage Treatment Works Based On Cause And Effect Diagram

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process,total effluent discharge is increasing,and the design quality of urban sewage treatment plants is required to be higher and higher.Most current no independent organization module in design institute is engaged in the sewage treatment plant design,generally completed by municipal water supply and drainage design personnel,design quality management lags behind Design quality management is an important link in improving the quality of sewage treatment plant as a whole Design quality management is affected by aided design software and hardware equipment project information management method and so on many factors.The cause-and-effect diagram method is used to analyze the quality problems,and find out the core factors affecting the end of the quality problems,which can be targeted to solve the problems.Firstly,based on the design quality management of the design department,this paper builds the theoretical framework of the paper through the research of the literature on the causality diagram of the quality management of sewage treatment plant design.Secondly,the collected design quality problems and influencing factors are analyzed and sorted by means of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey.Based on the cause-and-effect diagram,the five factors of "human","machine","material","environment" and "method" are analyzed layer by layer to analyze the medium and small factors that affect the design quality.Thirdly,the analysis of end-impact factors,combined with the interview questionnaire survey and quality management theory to optimize,to make up for the shortcomings in the design process.Finally,the problems existing in the design quality management of M sewage treatment plant are analyzed,and the quality optimization application scheme is designed based on the optimization strategy of influencing factors.In order to provide reference for the future similar sewage treatment plant design project quality management optimization.Analyzing the influencing factors of design quality management through causality diagram is helpful to improve the quality management and improve the design quality fundamentally.Clear and optimize strategies for the core impact problems existing in the design process,reduce the occurrence of design quality problems,and improve the treatment capacity and operating efficiency of the sewage treatment plant from the source.It can effectively guide the design quality management of sewage treatment plants in our country.
