Highway tunnel is built in the underground or mountain passageway for vehicles,is a way to use space.Our country as a mountainous area accounts for two-thirds of the whole country,to build a tunnel in improving the highway line,save floor,reduce late deep cut construction and save operating costs and so on has a bigger superiority,therefore,with the development of transportation industry vigorously and level of ascension highway tunnel construction technology,in recent years our country highway tunnel in number and scale expands unceasingly.However,in the process of construction and operation,the tunnel project will inevitably bring adverse effects on the local ecological environment and residents’ lives.Quantitative analysis of how the system of highway tunnel during the construction and operation of the impact of the ecological environment,thus preparing for the adverse environmental impact measures and measures,ecological environment as far as possible back to the original state,will eventually to highway construction in harmony with the natural ecological environment,realize the sustainable development of highway construction is of great significance.Highway tunnel of the ecological environment impact evaluation is in comprehensive,system,detailed evaluation area,on the basis of the present situation of the ecological environment quality of project construction may involve an important ecological factor identification,establishes an index system of highway tunnel ecological environment impact assessment,and then adopt certain mathematical statistics method to quantitative study of the influence degree of the ecological environment,thus targeted for ecological restoration and landscape improvement scheme,ecological environment as far as possible back to the original state,will eventually eliminate tunnel engineering of adverse impact on the ecological environment,to realize the sustainable development of tunnel construction.Therefore,the construction of a scientific and comprehensive highway tunnel ecological environmental impact assessment system is a very valuable research topic.So far,there are no relevant technical guidelines and norms for the comprehensive assessment of the ecological environmental impact of highway tunnels at home and abroad,and there is also a lack of a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system for the evaluation and analysis of the ecological environmental impact of highway tunnels.Based on this,this paper analyzes in detail the possible negative impact on the ecological environment during the construction and operation of highway tunnel,and summarizes the content and key factors of the ecological environmental impact assessment of highway tunnel construction projects.At the same time,it thoroughly analyzes the principles of formulating the comprehensive evaluation index system of the ecological environmental impact of highway tunnel and the relevant regulations and technical guidelines of the environmental impact assessment of highway tunnel,and establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of the ecological environmental impact of highway tunnel on the basis of drawing on the existing evaluation index system at home and abroad.The index system includes 7second-level indexes and 18 third-level indexes.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper divides the ecological environmental impact degree of highway tunnel into five grades: very weak(Ⅰ),weak(Ⅱ),moderate(Ⅲ),strong(Ⅳ),strong(Ⅴ).According to the current national standards,relevant literature and statistical data,the classification standard of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the ecological environmental impact of highway tunnel is established.Different highway tunnel construction project on the ecological environment influence factors for the construction method,the site tunnel area geographical position and natural environment factors such as different tunnel site area and there is a certain difference,the ecological environment impact assessment for highway tunnel construction projects by the need to combine the local actual situation to determine the weight of each evaluation factor,to highlight the evaluation.But when determining the weights of the indexes in the existing research method generally USES objectively,objective method of empowerment due to lack of man’s subjective judgment,poor universality,and can’t reflect judge emphasis on different attribute index,easily lead to weight the results contrary to facts,thus causing the evaluation results of substantial impact on the ecological restoration work late.Based on this,the methods in this paper,the subjective and objective weight method and combination method the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of empowerment method are analyzed and introduced,considering the subjective values.the method of AHP method systemically,simplicity,practicality,objective method of entropy weight method is independent of man’s subjective judgment,has the strong mathematical basis,therefore,this paper chooses AHP method and entropy weight method combined with the combination of the method to determine the weight of each evaluation index,so that the weight is able to join the decision-maker’s subjective will,more close to reality,not empowerment results perverse,at the same time can have certain mathematical basis,It’s objective.In the ecological environmental impact assessment index of highway tunnel,the index information such as waste utilization rate,household garbage harmless rate,water and soil loss rate inevitably has uncertainty caused by incomplete measured data and inaccurate measurement values.This uncertainty is caused by human perception is not completely,the uncertainty is defined as the characteristic,the unascertained measure model is suitable for processing solution containing the research object of the unascertained information,and the unascertained measure model calculation accuracy is higher,the calculation results more in line with the reality,considering the highway tunnel ecological environment impact assessment of the sample size is not big,therefore,through comprehensive consideration,this paper selects the unascertained measure model for quantitative assessment of ecological environmental impact of highway tunnel model.Finally,the ecological environmental impact assessment system of highway tunnel constructed in this paper is used to carry out the ecological environmental impact assessment research on the Wulipo Long Tunnel in the middle of the Shaanxi border crossing Qinling section of the Beijing-Kunming Line.Line,according to the results of evaluation of shaanxi in the middle period of multiple track the five slope in qinling tunnel of ecological environmental impact for the medium grade,evaluation results in line with the actual,this paper builds the evaluation system is suitable for the highway tunnel,the ecological environment impact assessment for highway tunnels provide certain theoretical basis for the ecological environment impact assessment.
