Analysis On Economiccompetitiveness Of Counties In Hebei Province From Theperspective Of Ecological Civilization

With the rapid development of the social economy,the problems of environmental pollution and tight resource constraints have become more and more serious,the suppression of the ecological environment on economic and social development has become increasingly prominent,and the promotion of ecological civilization construction has begun to receive great attention.As an important supporting force of the national economy,the county economy is not only related to the healthy and rapid development of the national economy,but also related to social stability,people’s happiness,and national stability.It is related to the realization of the goal of building moderately prosperous society.Therefore,to study the sustainable development of county economy,we must pay attention to the connection between county economy and ecological civilization.The traditional economic development theory is based on the pursuit of economic benefits,which seriously threatens the safety of the ecological environment.Under such a background,integrating the concept of ecological civilization into the county’s economic development and construction,scientifically handling the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment is of great theoretical and practical significance for improving the economic competitiveness of the county.At this stage,the strength of county economic competitiveness under the perspective of ecological civilization not only determines the quality,vitality and potential of county economic development,but also determines the degree of civilized harmony in county social development and reflects the happiness of the people.This paper summarizes the current situation of ecological civilization and county economic competitiveness in domestic and abroad,and sorts out the theoretical basis of ecological civilization construction and county economic development research.Combined with the connection between ecological civilization construction and county economic construction,the concept of county economic competitiveness under the perspective of ecological civilization is defined.In the empirical part,the economic competitiveness and ecological civilization related evaluation indicators were sorted out,and the existing research results were used to try to establish an evaluation index system of county economic competitiveness in Hebei Province under the perspective of ecological civilization,determine the five criteria layers including economic comprehensive competitiveness,industrial competitiveness,social undertaking competitiveness,resource and environmental competitiveness and innovation-driven competitiveness,and 59 specific indicators,which comprehensively reflect the development and research status of county economy in Hebei Province;Factor analysis and cluster analysis are used to evaluate 121counties(cities)in Hebei Province,and the results are sorted and classified.The vertical comparison showed the imbalance of county economic development in Hebei Province,through the horizontal comparative study with the powerful county of Jiangsu and Shandong province,the problems of county economic development in Hebei province are found out.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the competitiveness of county economy under the perspective of ecological civilization are put forward,in order to provide necessary reference for the sustainable development of county economy in Hebei province.
