Sewage treatment plant relocation project is beneficial to improve sewage treatment capacity and reduce the impact of sewage discharge on the environment. However, due to the wide scope of construction projects, problems such as land acquisition, house demolition, construction management, etc.may occur during the project. To avoid the occurrence of similar problems,it is necessary to carry out a social stability risk assessment of the project, which will help alleviate contradictions from the source and maintain social harmony and stability.First, use stakeholder theory to interview the various stakeholders of the project, conduct a questionnaire survey of residents, sort out the secondary risk factors, and then use the checklist method to screen 30 risk factors to obtain secondary risks that meet the project.List of factors. On this basis,by issuing questionnaires to engineering management practitioners and experts who understand the social stability risks of sewage treatment plants, cluster analysis of secondary risk factors is conducted to obtain primary risk factors, and then a complete risk list is formed.Secondly, construct an entropy weight-fuzzy evaluation system, sort out the questionnaire data, get the weight and risk degree of each risk factor, and then get the overall project evaluation. Finally, according to the project evaluation results, through analysis of each risk factor and benefit system, the project’s risk prevention measures are proposed, and a social stability risk emergency plan is established.Based on related theories, this paper establishes a social stability risk assessment system for sewage treatment plants, standardizes and scientifically evaluates the process, and provides a scientific basis for future social stability risk assessment of sewage treatment plants.
