With the rapid development of China’s railway industry,the railway transportation task is increasingly serious.The railway rescue crane,which is responsible for the main rescue task,plays an important role in guaranteeing the smooth of the railway transportation.Outrigger system of the railway rescue crane bears the weight of the whole vehicle and the load during the rescue process,which is very important to guarantee the stability of the crane and enlarge its scope of operation.Therefore outrigger system’s dynamic and static performance is analyzed,based on the dynamics simulation software ADAMS and hydraulic software AMESim to provide the reference for load uniformly distributed control.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the ADAMS and AMESim,the simulation model of mechanical hydraulic coupling of the crane multi support system is established.High-speed railway rescue crane outrigger system was established by using the Solidworks,and flexible parts is established in Ansys.Finally they are imported into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to complete the outrigger system of rigid flexible coupling model.Secondly,the principle of the hydraulic system of the high-speed railway rescue crane is analyzed,and the simulation model of the main components such as the pump,the multi-way valve and the electromagnetic relief valve is established by using the HCD design library in the AMESim software.Finally the hydraulic system model is established in AMESim software.AMESim software is used as the main simulation platform to realize the real-time data exchange between the dynamic model and the hydraulic system through interface.On the basis of co-simulation,the optimal control scheme is finally determined through the comparative analysis of the load uniformly distributed control scheme of the single leg,single leg and multi leg control.
