| In recent years, with the further strengthening of the greenhouse effect, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, and the work of energy conservation and emission reduction has become increasingly important.China has also signed the "Paris Agreement",promising low-carbon emission reduction goals and tasks.Domestic scholars are also paying more and more attention to the carbon emissions of road traffic in large cities. There is a lack of attention to the research on road traffic carbon emissions in county towns, and there has been no in-depth research on the influencing factors of road traffic carbon emissions in county towns. The thesis focuses on the in-depth study on the influencing factors of carbon emissions from road traffic in county towns. With the help of the MOVES model in the United States, the paper proposes a method to estimate the carbon emissions of road traffic in counties and cities based on traffic planning indicators such as road mileage, and screens out 31 available comprehensive transport planning texts for counties. After completing the localization parameter calibration and input of the MOVES model, the paper obtained the calculation results of road traffic carbon emissions in 31 counties. Then the paper analyzes and determines the influencing factors such as vehicle kilometers, gross national product, motor vehicle ownership, urban population, road mileage and so on.After classifying the cities and towns in the county according to their economic level, the STIRPAT model was used for comparative analysis of the influencing factors. The paper finds that urban population and gross national product have a greater impact on the total carbon emissions of road traffic in more economically developed areas, while the number of motor vehicles, road mileage, and vehicle kilometers in the economically underdeveloped areas have more impact The total impact is greater. In addition, the number of motor vehicles and the number of vehicle kilometers have a closer influence on the total carbon emissions of county towns.Taking into account the difference between the two types of county towns, combined with the results of the study, the paper puts forward specific suggestions for the two types of county towns from the perspectives of transportation planning and traffic control. For counties in economically developed areas, more emphasis should be placed on urban planning when promoting urbanization, and transportation facilities and public service facilities should be reasonably arranged to make the city layout more compact. For the county towns in economically underdeveloped areas,we must pay attention to the scientific nature of road planning and construction, and adopt measures to promote the development of green transportation modes such as public transport and slow travel. |
