Empirical Research On Carbon Emissions Factors In Hebei

Direct consequences of the rapid growth of carbon emissions are global warming and abnormal climate change, leading to a catastrophic impact on the global community. The current low-carbon development is an inevitable trend of history, has become the main theme of world development, due to differences in the spatial distribution of China's energy and economic regional development levels differ greatly, the energy consumption and carbon emissions in the provinces there are also great differences. Therefore, Hebei Province should practice mitigation policies according to their own national situation of actual emissions, reasonably decompose carbon emissions targets, in order to better promote the sustainable development of China's low-carbon economy.The current model of development in Hebei Province is at industry-led phase,which is energy-intensive and low efficiency, the paper will focus on the factors affecting the development of low-carbon economy in Hebei Province and their impacting degree, by reference to the large number of documents, we will study how the development of relations between influencing factors and dioxide in Hebei, how the distribution of explaining extent and contribution of these efficiency indicators for the total index? Whether the current policy for low carbon development in Hebei Province will take an effect on carbon dioxide emissions?The purpose of this thesis is to explore the causes, effects and countermeasures of the of carbon dioxide emissions' change in Hebei. Through in-depth analysis of the history and current situation, the paper proposed targeted policy recommendations,and ultimately how reduces the amount of carbon dioxide emissions and per capita carbon emissions in Hebei, then realize the coordinated development of the environment and economic growth.First raised the research issue, research background of papers, describes the purpose and significance, introduced the main contents of the paper, research methods and ideas, also make a detailed summary of the relevant research literature; through data analysis and studied carbon emissions' evolution characteristics in Hebei, combined with the actual development of low-carbon economy and related policies in Hebei Province, main studied population,economic development and technological factors affecting the carbon emissions,discussed the relations between economic expansion and carbon dioxide emissions.Based on STIRPAT, we use econometric methods for various carbon emission factors to make quantitative analysis to determine the degree of various factors affecting on carbon emissions, use variable variance decomposition to learn driving directions of each factor to carbon emissions, according to the results-oriented, and then the implementation of the policy in Hebei province were classified research, combined with the actual development of Hebei Province, we made relevant policy recommendations.
