Theoretical And Practical Research On Ecological Civilization Construction In Yunnan

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic growth has come at the cost of environmental pollution and ecological destruction,As the environment problems become more and more serious,The Party Central Committee has gradually changed the thinking of building a modern society.From the first time explicitly put forward the thought of construction of ecological civilization,to the construction of ecological civilization into the state’s overall strategic layout,and the ecological is elevated to the level of system,and then make the goal of building "beautiful China" a major power,at present,China regards the "ecological civilization construction to achieve new progress" as one of the main goals of the next five-year plan.It can be seen that in the course of the great cause of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,our Party has continuously deepened its understanding and practice of ecological progress,demonstrating the firm determination of the CPC Central Committee to strengthen ecological progress.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the strategy of promoting ecological progress has become an important strategic task for the whole Party and the whole country.In the construction of ecological civilization in our country,on the basis of understanding and practice,General Secretary Xi Jinping made a series of important statements,formed a series of scientific ecological civilization concept,and formed the Xi Jinping ecological civilization thought,which is the most profound,comprehensive,systematic and scientific interpretation of ecological civilization construction,has become an important guiding ideology and action guide for the construction of "beautiful China" in the new era.Yunnan is an important ecological safety barrier in China,Yunnan’s important position in the national ecological security determines that building a "Beautiful China" cannot be separated from the practice of Yunnan’s,meanwhile,ecological civilization construction is also an inevitable choice for Yunnan to realize leapfrog development and sustainable development.In the new era,According to Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization,how to find a way of green development in Yunnan is a major task facing the people of all ethnic groups in Yunnan.Based on this starting point,this paper studies the theory and practice of ecological civilization construction in Yunnan.This paper are mainly composed of the following parts: The introduction explains the background and meaning of the title,collating literature review,and expounds the research techniques,ideas,innovative points and shortcomings;The first chapter mainly combs and studies Xi Jinping thought of ecological civilization,aiming to further understand and grasp the scientific connotation;The second chapter mainly analyzes the major mission of yunnan’s ecological civilization construction and explores the reasons for yunnan’s ecological civilization construction;The third chapter mainly analyzes What has Yunnan done under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on ecological civilization;The fourth chapter explores the achievements of the ecological civilization construction in Yunnan and the problems and deficiencies existing in the ecological civilization construction;The fifth chapter,aiming at the problems and shortcomings,further discusses the path to resolution,in order to provide some references for Yunnan.
