In recent years,the developed of the real estate industry is rapidly.The real estate industry plays an important role in the national economy.As a pillar of economic development,its high-risk characteristics cannot be ignored.Bring a high frequency of accidents while its fast-growing.The number of people in the real estate industry each year due to accidents killed or injured many is also a great loss.Therefore,whether investors or employees pay more and more attention to the safety problems of real estate projects in construction.To effective identify and evaluate the safety risks in the construction phase of real estate projects and take corresponding measures to reduce safety risks is the theoretical basis for safety management in the real estate industry.The state and government continue to emphasize that safe production is the foundation for the development of the real estate industry,and safety production supervision should be strengthened during the construction process to reduce the occurrence of accidents.Identify construction safety risks,which can reduce the frequency of safety accidents.This article first research results on real estate projects construction safety risks related fields were discussed.It gives a detailed theoretical introduction to the entropy method,principal component analysis,factor analysis and structural equation model used.Then by 2010-2019 accident accidents occurred in the field of real estate projects and deaths from the analysis,combined with a large number of domestic and foreign research literature,from personnel,materials,equipment,environment and management of real estate projects in four areas Identify safety risks during the construction phase.Third,according to the identification results,the main risk factors that affect the construction safety of real estate projects are screened out with the help of factor analysis and principal component analysis.As a result,a safety risk evaluation index system during the construction phase of a real estate project composed of 4 first-level indicators and 16second-level indicators has been constructed.Then use the SEM path coefficient to calculate the weight of the construction safety risk evaluation index of the real estate project.Through the construction phase of the project real estate security risk assessment found that personnel,materials,equipment,environment and management of real estate projects in construction safety risks have non-negligible resistance.Among them,the most influential factor is the management factor,the material and equipment factors occupy the second place,the environmental factor ranks third,and finally the personnel factor.Therefore,according to the results of the construction safety risk assessment of real estate projects,risk management and control opinions are put forward for the risk factors that affect the construction safety risks of real estate projects,so as to reduce safety risks and promote the healthy development of the real estate industry.
