| With the rapid development of the market economy,Chambroad Petrochemical has formed a group company based on the refining and chemical industry.At present,the steel structure has a general corrosion phenomenon,which greatly affects the service life of the steel structure and may cause potential safety hazards;during the actual use of the equipment,the fire retardant coating was also found problems of cracking,falling off and premature aging,which seriously affected the safe operation of the devices and brought great risks to the operation of the company;the bottom of the storage tanks was corroded,which may cause early decommissioning of the equipment;the cement structure facilities often cause structural leakage and corrosion of internal steel bars,posing a hidden danger to equipment safety;with the development of science and technology and the country’s emphasis on the health of environmental protection,traditional methods of buried anti-corrosion are increasingly unable to meet the requirements.Through study on the causes of the problem,a series of methods have been taken to solve the problem.In order to effectively protect the steel structure,a new type of anti-corrosion coating is used;in order to improve the fire performance,a functional fire-retardant coating is introduced;in order to solve the problem of corrosion at the bottom edge of the tank,the choice of coating process needs to prevent the entry of water vapor and pollutants;in order to solve the leakage problem,the selection of the coating process needs to consider the dual characteristics of waterproofing and anti-corrosion;in order to prolong the service life of the buried pipeline,a new coating is replaced.With the improvement through functional coatings,the device has a longer service life,effectively protecting assets and production safety,and reducing equipment operating costs. |
