| The chemical industry is often associated with toxic and harmful gases,and these gas leaks always have serious consequences.Liquid ammonia has a pungent odor and toxic.When storing and transporting liquid ammonia,a large amount of liquid ammonia is often leaked due to the liquid ammonia storage tank is damaged and burst of pipes,valves,etc.When liquid ammonia leaks,it is prone to poisoning events and fire explosions.Through the literature research method to study the data related to the leakage of petrochemical liquid ammonia storage tank,the comparative study of domestic and foreign data was carried out from two aspects of storage risk leakage risk assessment and harmful gas leakage and diffusion,then we put forwardthe development trend of risk research.Using the accident tree analysis method,this paper summed up the risk of accidents related to the leakage of liquid ammonia storage tanks,and we concluded the main reason for the leakage of liquid ammonia storage tanks.By analyzing the influencing factors of liquid ammonia diffusion and the law of diffusion,we carried out a reasonable risk assessment of the steam cloud explosion accident.And we focused on the calculation of the damage radius and diffusion radius of the steam cloud explosion.And the dangerousleakageof the liquid ammonia storage tank is quantified by data.In this paper,the Gaussian plume diffusion model is used as the theoretical model,and the leakage simulation of liquid ammonia storage tank in a certain enterprise is numerically simulated by ALOHA software.Under different leakage pores and wind speeds,the spatial and temporal distribution of liquid ammonia leakage diffusion concentration is obtained.And we provided the suggestions for emergency evacuation areas after liquid ammonia leakage.Based on the numerical simulation results,we proposed the measures for controlling the leakage of liquid ammonia storage tanksand some suggestions for the scope of emergency evacuation after leakage.To reduce the accident of leakage of petrochemical ammonia storage tanks,this paper also studied the risk of leakage of petrochemical ammonia storage tanks,and hoped to provide certain suggestions for personnel engaged in petrochemical liquid ammonia related occupations. |
