Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Water Environment Management In Neijiang City

With the promotion of modern agricultural and rural construction,the economy of most rural areas in China has been significantly improved.However,a series of achievements have been made in rural revitalization,while the rural ecological environment has been seriously damaged,especially the water environment pollution,which has become the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of beautiful rural areas.In recent years,Neijiang has earnestly carried out the "Three Battles" for pollution prevention and control measures,thoroughly solved the defects in the construction of rural sewage treatment facilities,and earnestly implemented the strategic objectives of the beautiful new rural rural revitalization proposed by the 19 th CPC National Congress and the decision of the Provincial Party Committee to promote green development and build a beautiful Sichuan.Taking Neijiang city as a typical case,this paper considers the countermeasures to solve the problem of water environment pollution in Neijiang countryside,which is helpful to improve the ecological environment protection in Neijiang countryside and realize the construction of beautiful and livable countryside.Based on neijiang rural water pollution governance as a starting point,deepen the rural water environmental problems in the research,adopt document reading,field trips,face-to-face communication and other research methods,combined with the reality of neijiang,drainage and sewage treatment and analyzed the causes of rural life work overall development lags behind,is not only the hardware infrastructure development lags behind,there are at present existing in the management system,technical standards,operation and management level of software lags behind.Finally put forward corresponding countermeasures,including: reasonable planning rainwater system,enhance farmers’ environmental awareness,strengthen the innovation of science and technology promotion,accelerate the construction of sewage facilities,increase law enforcement supervision efficiency,increase the construction funds into six aspects,obtaining good collaborative governance effect,effectively solve the serious problem of neijiang rural water pollution.The author puts forward the relevant scheme of rural water environment treatment,hoping that it has beneficial reference value to water environment treatment.It has a good role in promoting the sustainable development of rural economy,building beautiful countryside and realizing the overall goal of a well-off society in an all-round way.
