| In view of the existing problems in pet funeral service,the subject tries to form a set of sustainable and circular business model by analyzing the psychological needs of users based on empathy theory.Effectively and scientifically intervene and guide the pet after-care behavior of the target population,realize the emotional continuity between the owner and the pet,and achieve a harmonious and unified balance relationship among people,pets,society and nature.With the help of empathy theory,the framework of empathy design is built,and the elements are extracted indirectly and directly at the expression level,and transformed by means of carrier and empathy design method.Through empathy design methods,such as empathy diagram,storyboard,scene map,user journey,story scene diagram,etc.,we can deeply understand the behavior,attitude and access to resources of users after the death of pets.In terms of product communication,first of all,it is directly conveyed through senses,and then,in the process of users using products,the companionship and coexistence of pets are reproduced to the maximum extent.After a period of time,the purpose of indirect communication is achieved,and the spiritual filling is finally completed.As experiencers,designers are immersed in the state of pet-keeping,experience the emotional transformation in the process of pet-keeping and the emotional changes after losing pets,and deeply interpret the environment and inner feelings of users,so as to resonate with them and finally establish contact.Finally,further contact with users to obtain design points related to the design.Gradually from the user’s point of view to the designer’s point of view,a brand-new pet funeral service system is conceived.Improve the existing pet service APP functions,and be equipped with derivative product design to realize emotional continuity.This paper builds a pet funeral service system based on empathy theory,analyzes the user’s emotional experience in the process of pet funeral service,and designs the pet funeral service system.The viewpoint put forward in this paper is that empathy theory should not be limited to service system,but should play a role of emotional guidance before and after users use and contact products.Establish emotional resonance between users and products,and realize emotional continuity.It has guiding significance for the function expansion of existing pet service apps. |
